In solving the problems left by history, the main reason is that the corporate leverage ratio is relatively high. At present, "zombie enterprises" and "shell companies" generally have problems such as debts, debts, tax burdens, lawsuits, and management of retirees. The responsible units are unwilling to find trouble. Makes the disposal difficult.
Regarding the transformation of state-owned assets supervision, the main reason is that SASACs at all levels are not fast enough to change their functions by focusing on "managing capital."
